Hello my beautiful friends,
There’s a voice in your head that’s been running the show.
You know the one: she’s critical, calculating, and quick to doubt.
But what if I told you she’s not the one who gets the final say?
This week on the podcast, we’re diving deep into the voices within — the ones that shape our confidence, our mindset, and our ability to show up as our highest self.
✨ This is the mindset reframe you didn’t know you needed.✨
For so long, I let my inner critic keep me small. Even though I had big dreams, I always heard:
Who am I to do that?
What if it flops?
What if no one listens?
Sound familiar?
But here’s the truth I’ve come to embody:
When you change the way you speak to yourself, you change what becomes possible.
That’s this week’s “quick shift” and honestly, it’s been a game changer.
🌿 Meet Your Inner Cast of Characters
In the most recent Rituelle Podcast episode, I break down the three distinct voices that tend to run the internal dialogue:
1. The Protector
Also known as the inner critic. She’s risk-averse, plays it safe, and loves to spiral. Her voice is rooted in fear, even if she means well.
2. The Performer
Your ego in heels. She’s all about achievement, appearance, and being productive. She wants to be seen as “enough” and she’ll hustle to prove it.
3. The Guide
This is your highest self. She moves with grace and flow, not fear or force. Her voice is grounded, calm, intuitive. She doesn’t shout — she knows.
Only one of these voices is meant to lead. And when you start choosing your inner guide — everything shifts.
💫 Journal Exercise
Let’s take this from concept to embodiment. Grab a notebook or open a fresh doc and try this exercise:
Write down a recurring thought that’s been weighing you down lately. No editing, no censoring. Just honesty.
Now imagine your highest self — that radiant, grounded, magnetic version of you — hears that thought.
✨ What would she say back?
✨ How would she comfort you?
✨ What would she never say?
Bonus: Try typing the thought into ChatGPT and ask, “What would my highest self say in response to this? ” OR “If I told this to my best friend, what would she say in response to hype me up?” (It’s a vibe.)
Close with an affirmation that anchors your nervous system. Some examples:
“I am already enough.”
“Growth doesn’t require self-judgment.”
“I speak to myself with softness, always.”
