What if you could design your dream schedule based on your personal goals and energy?
I was scrolling Instagram reels when I stumble upon a creator who shared that she had used ChatGPT to craft her DREAM schedule based on her human design type.
I RAN to my computer to try it for myself! In the lastest episode of the Rituelle Podcast, I walk you through the exact prompts I used, the schedule that ChatGPT created for me and my experience putting it into action.
From morning routines to creative bursts, and even a few challenges along the way, I reveal how aligning my days with my natural energy has impacted my productivity and well-being.
Below I am sharing all the prompts and tools I used to help you create your own dream schedule!
1. Determine Your Human Design Type
I used this website to figure out my human design type and pull my human design chart (you’ll need this later). Make sure you have your exact time of birth!!
2. . CHATGPT Prompts
Now that you have your Human Design type, let’s get into the prompts you can use to have our friend, the robot, craft the perfect shedule for you!
Remember, the more information/specifics you feed it, the better the outcome!
I am a [insert a bit about you/what you do] and I want you to create the perfect weekly schedule for me based on my human design type which is a [insert human design type]. (Example: I am a mom, owner of a digital marketing agency and I want you to create the perfect weekly schedule for me based on my human design type which is a manifestor)
I am now going to upload my human design chart for you to analyze and apply to my schedule [Upload your human design chart from step 1]
Great! Now, let me provide you with my goals for Oct-Nov. [Insert a list of personal and professional goals. Include any time constraints as well].
The more specific you can get the better—include any hard coded things to your schedule like workouts you want to take, kids pickup/dropoff times, practices etc. Also include any goals like having time to get coffee with friends, get 3 new clients, record 12 new podcasts etc.
