Beauty in the Details: A Look Inside The Rituelle Wellness Summit at Arcadia Hills
An inside look at the day that brought rituals offline and into real life.
There’s something magnetic about watching over 40 women, many who had only known each other online, come together in real life for a day of rituals, laughter, and powerful alignment. That’s exactly what happened at the second Rituelle Wellness Summit, held at the stunning Arcadia Hills property in Hocking Hills.
This day was more than a retreat. It was a reset. And today I’m giving you the inside scoop on everything—from our favorite wellness activations to the cheeky little touches that make every moment feel like magic (and yes, Instagrammable).
✨ The Setting: Arcadia Hills
Arcadia Hills is a luxury property tucked into nature’s embrace, featuring six thoughtfully designed cabins, winding trails, and big plans future expansion. It was the perfect place to bring Rituelle offline and into embodied experience.
You can book your stay with code FIRSTSTAY for 20% off through July 14th (valid for any future booking).
💫 The Flow of the Day
Arrival + Elixirs:
Guests arrived at 11 a.m. for a soft start—intentional mingling, warm hugs, and catching up with women they’d followed online but never met IRL. Chelsea from Conscious Seed greeted everyone with a magic matcha elixir featuring prebiotic and adaptogenic ingredients—gut-friendly and glowing.
Sweat + Chill:
Pilates by Sol led us through a hilltop workout overlooking nothing but trees for miles. It quickly became “hot pilates” thanks to full sun, so the cold plunge with SWTHZ afterward was chef’s kiss perfect timing.
Multi-Modal Magic:
From there, guests floated between:
Cold plunges with SWTHZ
Farm-to-table lunch by SŌW Plated (the cauliflower appetizer = major hit)
A hike through Arcadia Hills’ scenic and shaded trails
Mocktail making with Conscious Seed, where guests learned to blend tinctures, mushrooms, and teas.
💉 B12 + metabolism-boosting shots from Your Concierge MD
🔮 Mini intuitive readings from psychic medium + Reiki healer Tabatha Stitt
🔊 A closing sound bath by Monica Struthers, which ended in the most cinematic thunderstorm moment (seriously… chills, laughter, and real surrender to the moment)
🌙 The Overnight Experience
Twenty-five women stayed overnight for what can only be described as a slumber party for your higher self.
We kicked things off with a cocktail hour, where rescue horses (!!) wandered in for a moment, straight out of a dream.
We then feasted on an unreal dinner by a Columbus-based chef before slipping into our matching Rituelle PJs, made sleepy girl mocktails, and kept the conversations going late into the night.
I love a little luxury, a little cheek, and a lot of intention. Here’s a rundown of the tiny touches that made a big impact (and had people DM’ing me nonstop):
Rituelle Boxers + Sleep Masks: Custom embroidered for each overnight guest—these were a hit. I used Strive -To-Be for the embroidary & screen printing.
Mocktail Station: “Sleepy Girl Mocktail Bar” complete with my favorite brand of magnesium.
Affirmation Door Hangers: “Quiet, Manifesting in Progress” (made & printed on Canva)
Newspaper Style Event Program: I made this on Canva and printed at Fedex (use blueprint drawing size)
Drink Toppers: These melt-in-your-drink custom drink toppers I found on Etsy. Printed with “Rituelle x Arcadia Hills,” they were such a cute, easy branding detail. Perfect for coffee, cocktails, and beyond.
Special thank you to Folchi Creative & Poppy Leaf Co. for capturing these images!
Why This Matters
As I said in the podcast: “Daily rituals are how I anchor to my deepest self. Community is how we rise.”
We are inherently tribal as women. And while modern life often isolates us, moments like this are a reminder: We were never meant to do it all alone.
Whether it’s through sound baths, hikes, spritzes, or shared laughter under the stars, ritual is how we return to ourselves.
